Kimberly Kraemer honored as an “Agency Dynamo” at 2025 Ragan Top Women in Communications Awards

Reflective and celebratory—that was the mood at yesterday’s Ragan Communications and PR Daily 2025 Top Women in Communications Awards, where Waterhouse Founder, CEO, and Chief Brand Strategist Kimberly Kraemer was honored as an “Agency Dynamo.”

In her acceptance speech, Kim spoke to the genesis of Waterhouse, and the wisdom she’s gained along the way, not just as a leader, but also based on the particular experience of building a career as a working mother.

As Kim commented up on the awards stage:

“Balancing a career and motherhood led me to build an agency that supports women and professionals at every life stage by having a culture that really enables us all to thrive at home and in our careers.”
